We’ve just received a couple of new videos of the BlackBerry Storm mobile phone in action! This is actual footage of the BlackBerry Storm 9500 smart phone being used.
Bootleg Video of the BlackBerry Storm 9500 User Interface
The videos which were shot recently show the BlackBerry Storm 9500 phone user interface in action. Annoyingly the quality of these films is not great, but despite the lack of detail they offer a teasing glimpse of the Storm. The footage of web browsing, video streaming, video playback shows a good looking user interface.
Web Browsing And Video Streaming On The BlackBerry Storm
The first video shows some very interesting shots of web browsing on the new BlackBerry Storm. Of particular interest is the way that the user browses through a web site then appears to click a link to watch streaming video. It’s not clear what format the video is - does this mean the BlackBerry Storm supports flash video content across the board? I hope it does!
Video Playback On The BlackBerry Storm
The next video shows the menu system and video playback in action. Again the quality is very poor, but you still get a good sense of how the menu system will feel thanks to the animated transitions between the different menu items. Despite the poor quality the video playback looks great thanks to the Storm’s high resolution screen.

Just one comment

Please dont tell me it goes the ‘calculator thing’ when you touch the screen? You all understand me right? Watch the video again, and look at what the screen does when he presses the blackberry.
