BlackBerry Storm Hands On Review
TechRepublic describe the BlackBerry Storm’s rich colour display, usable on screen keyboard, tethering capabilities and enterprise readiness as being attractive to allot of businesses. The caveats are that it is not as user friendly as the iphone, it lacks wi-fi, and it doesn’t yet offer the same web experience as the iphone.

This phone is very popular. There are three places I could go to that are in walking distance from my home, and they all have the phone on back order.

December 10th, 2008 1:48 amAs a crackberry, I can only say that RIM needs to polish up the Storm’s firmware. There still a lot of bugs in the latest version. I love my 8830 and was hoping that the Storm will have wifi built in. Verizon’s signal sucks in most of our office building’s conference rooms where having a wifi would be beneficial. Oh well, I’ll just keep my 8830 until a better RIM phone comes out, hopefully with the faster broadband speeds as well and wifi to cover the dead spots in our building.
